Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Governed, Inc. ("Governed", "we", "our", "us") collects and uses personal information on governed.dev. It applies only to governed.dev itself. Your use of the AIGIS product is governed by the engagement contract between Governed, Inc. and your organization.

What we collect

Forms. When you join the waitlist or request a demo, we collect the information you submit (name, work email, company, role, systems in scope, and any free-text message).

Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timing.

Analytics and ads measurement. We use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. We also use Google Ads measurement to understand ad performance and demo-request conversions. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers for measurement, fraud prevention, and ad delivery.

Cookies. We may set a session cookie for form submission state. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies when Google Ads measurement is active.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your request and to send related communications (a confirmation, plus occasional architecture deep-dives if you join the waitlist). Server logs are used for security and abuse prevention.

Who we share with

We use Resend to deliver email and Supabase to store form submissions. We use Google Ads for advertising measurement and Cloudflare for hosting, security, and aggregate analytics. These providers operate under their published privacy and security commitments. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Retention

Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them. Demo requests are retained for the duration of the conversation and then archived. Server logs follow Cloudflare's default retention.

Your rights

Email privacy@governed.dev at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
