Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how governed.dev ("AIGIS", "we", "our", "us") collects and uses personal information on this marketing site. It applies only to governed.dev itself. Your use of the AIGIS product is governed by the engagement contract between AIGIS and your organization.

What we collect

Forms. When you join the waitlist or request a demo, we collect the information you submit (name, work email, company, role, systems in scope, and any free-text message).

Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timing. We do not load third-party tracking scripts.

Cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We may set a session cookie for form submission state. We use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your request and to send related communications (a confirmation, plus occasional architecture deep-dives if you join the waitlist). Server logs are used for security and abuse prevention.

Who we share with

We use Resend to deliver email and Supabase to store form submissions. Both are subprocessors operating under their published privacy and security commitments. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Retention

Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them. Demo requests are retained for the duration of the conversation and then archived. Server logs follow Cloudflare's default retention.

Your rights

Email privacy@governed.dev at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
